By using the Miami Central High School Class of 2004 Alumni Website, you agree to the following terms:

Use of Site
This website is intended for alumni information, event RSVPs, fundraising, and alumni merchandise. All content is for personal, non-commercial use.
Event Participation
Participation in alumni events is voluntary. By RSVPing or attending, you agree to follow any event rules or instructions provided by the alumni committee.
Merchandise & Donations
All orders and donations are made voluntarily. Payments are processed securely via PayPal.
Limitation of Liability
The alumni committee and website owners are not responsible for any damages, losses, or personal injury related to your use of the website, purchases, or attendance at events.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting.

Return and Refund Policy

Event Packages & Merchandise
All event package purchases (food, T-shirts, and other items) are non-refundable. This allows us to plan and provide a quality experience for all attendees.
Exceptions
Refunds may only be issued if there is an error with your order or duplicate payment. In that case, please contact the Alumni Committee as soon as possible.
Donations
All monetary donations are final and non-refundable, as they directly support alumni initiatives and class fund programs.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely via PayPal. The alumni committee does not store or have access to your credit card information.
